Mission
of 2004 WTMS I is: |

- to translate ideas into actions to promote Chinese tourism globally.

The
Objectives
of 2004 WTMS I are to: |

- reevaluate marketing
and promotion strategies with global tourism experts;
- define, shape and influence
the things that are most important to marketing the
emerging tourism industry globally;
- provide a forum for
international joint ventures, networking and partnership
opportunities; and
- facilitate a mechanism
for shared dialogue and better understanding among entrepreneurs,
government, and private sector organizations in the
tourism industry worldwide primarily from this perspective
of tourism marketing.
